Dr. Fauci has recently outlined 5 ways to look after your immune right now given the current state of the country due to the pandemic...

And they're so important for every American to read.

The news comes after the medical expert was recently re-appointed as the White House's chief medical advisor by the Biden administration.

It seems as though the newly-elected president is wasting no time in trying to sort things out...

Just a few weeks into his presidency, Biden has been busy dismantling a whole array of Trump-era regulations, including lots to do with the ongoing pandemic.

He's reversed many of Trump's most dangerous acts.

And he has, of course, also been clamping down on the country's COVID-19 response.

Biden signed an executive order which created the position of COVID-19 response coordinator, who will advise the president and oversee the distribution of vaccines, tests, and other supplies.

An executive order requiring mask-wearing on federal property was also signed.

But the best news is that Dr. Fauci is back in his role as the White House's chief medical expert.

It's no secret that the Director of NIAID had a difficult time in the White House due to the Trump administration suppressing him when it came to relaying facts and figures about COVID-19.

Fauci himself admitted that he felt out of place in the White House during the pandemic but he never once considered resigning because the problem was too dire.

"I felt that if I stepped down," he said, "that would leave a void. Someone's got to not be afraid to speak out the truth. [White House staff] would try to play down real problems and have a little happy talk about how things are OK. And I would always say, 'Wait a minute, hold it, folks, this is serious business.' So there was a joke – a friendly joke, you know – that I was the skunk at the picnic."

And not to mention that in a leaked phone call, Trump had referred to Fauci as an "idiot."

So it's no wonder why they both clashed a lot. Science and religion were never going to pair up as easily when both sides believed strongly in either or.

But after his relationship with the Trump administration turned sour...

It seems as though Fauci was extremely grateful to Joe Biden for letting him reprise his old role with transparency and scientific evidence.

In a press conference, he said this:

"One of the things that we're going to do is to be completely transparent, open, and honest," Fauci told reporters. "If things go wrong, not point fingers, but to correct them. And to make everything we do be based on science and evidence.

He continued:

"That was literally a conversation I had fifteen minutes ago with the president, and he has said that multiple times."

And we're all happy to see Fauci back doing what he does best...

But recently, the health professional has offered some new advice.

Fauci has outlined 5 things all Americans can do to boost their immune system during this difficult battle with the coronavirus pandemic.

"I can't alleviate stress during the day, because my day is one big stress period from morning to evening," he explained.

"So when I get home in the evening, I do a power walk for about three and a half to four miles, and that generally decompresses my stress. The other day, I was walking along Massachusetts Avenue, and son of a gun, I saw a fox run out of somebody's yard into the woods."

"If you are deficient in D, then taking vitamin D supplements is important."

"If you have normal levels, it doesn't make any difference."

Food plays a role - Fauci recommends "a pretty consistent healthy breakfast—usually pomegranate juice and egg whites on an English muffin."

Lunch should be light and dinner healthy - salads and fish are a good option.

Sleep is important, too.

"'ll lie on my couch in my office and take a power nap," Fauci explained.

"The end is not in sight. That's enough incentive to be diligent, I think," he explains.

Wearing masks and sanitizing is still essential.

Thanks, Dr. Fauci!
