A man who missed his job interview for a very wholesome reason has captured the internet's attention this week...

Now, we all know that job applications can be stressful.

Especially if it's for a position you really want!

And there's one area you always want to get perfect.

The interview, of course.

Answering questions about yourself can be a nightmare.

But there's another thing to worry about, too ...

What about if you make a really stupid mistake?

But it was for a very wholesome reason.

Aaron Tucker had had a tough run in life.

He'd just been released from prison and was heading to his first job interview when a nightmare struck.

He witnessed a horrifying car crash...

And decided that the scene was more important than any prospective job.

"I got up around 5 o'clock in the morning because I was so excited for the interview," he told Daily News.

"I looked up and saw a car flipped over right in front of the bus, so I ran to try to jump out of the bus."

"I said I was going to help him, and asked the driver if he was going to wait for me and he said, ‘no, I am going to leave you.’"

"I saw a lot of smoke coming from the car and I just jumped off the bus and ran to the car."

"I just wanted to make sure he was all right, and that's what I did."

"A job can come and go, but a life is only one time. The only thing running through my head is that person in the car could pass away and I could help him."

He missed the interview to care for the crash victim.

"I just want everybody to know it's not about what people could do for me. It's just about me saving his life."

Luckily, news of Tucker's good deeds spread.

And he's been receiving job offers thanks to the publicity!

We love a happy ending.
